The Arts, the Waters, the Flavours - routes in the Alto Ferrarese
Three alternative routes to discover the Alto Ferrarese area:
- Around the Countryside (29 km);
- Between the Reno and the Panaro (72 km);
- A walk in the Panfilia Woods Nature Reserve (6 km).
These lands, reclaimed by Borso d'Este in the middle of the 15th
century, are the remains of the old wooded wetland contryside like the woodland of Panfilia near Sant'Agostino and a few beautiful riverside stretches on the Panaro river.
