First courses: Tortellini (truffle, cream sauce, meat sauce) - meat pie with salama da sugo - risotto with salama da sugo - first courses with a "salama sausage" flavour.
Second courses: Salama da sugo (a strong flavoured sausage) - Salama with figs and melon - Meat fillet with balsamic vinegar - Beef fillet with grana cheese and rocket, cutlet with truffle.
Side dishes: Chips - masched potatoes - "rainbow" salad.
Homemade sweets: Cream caramel with a coffee flavour - "zuppa inglese" (sweet pudding and liquor)
