A delicious festival dedicated to the tasty salama, and other gourmet specialities from our territory.
The typical Salamina da Sugo is one of the best traditional dishes from Portomaggiore.
During the weekends at the festival, it will be possible to taste many typical dishes, as pork meat starters, tasty first courses, and other delights. Salama da sugo with mashed potatoes will be the main character of the festival, and many other recipes from ferrarese and portuense cuisine will be also available. Bosco Eliceo Wines, and Romagna Wines, will be at disposal, as well as the famous ferrarese bread.
