Ferrara City Tour
Discover Ferrara on board the tourist train or electric minibus
The City Red Bus transport company has developed a new service on board the nice tourist trains and minibuses, naturally in total safety and in full compliance with all anti-covid-19 health procedures.
The train was set up with polycarbonate dividing barriers between the various rows of seats, and placeholder stickers were applied to identify which seats can be occupied, thus respecting social distancing.
The Ferrara City Tour has two itineraries (blue for the “Renaissance route” by train and red for the “Medieval route”by electric minibus).
The itineraries last about 40 minutes and start from Corso Martiri della Libertà in the immediate vicinity of the Duomo.
Travel Tickets can be purchased online or at the terminus from the on-board staff. During the tour, an audio guide is available in 6 languages with information and insights of the monuments visible along the route and curiosities about the city of Ferrara.
Active service on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and by reservation for groups

• Complete tour duration 35-40 minutes
• Hop on Hop off mode: you can hop on and off once during the tour. Once you get off, the ascent is possible only in the presence of free places.

- 8 euros: Full rate - adults
- 6 euro: Reduced children from 6 to 10 years, disabled person and their companion, school groups, MyFeCard holders
- 3 euros: Reduced children up to 5 years

- 13 euros: Full rate - adults
- 9 euro: Reduced children from 6 to 10 years, disabled person and his / her companion, school groups, MyFeCard holders
- 3 euros: Reduced children up to 5 years

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Reservation is not required.

• Facilitated access for the disabled: there is 1 wheelchair space on each train; we therefore recommend calling to reserve a seat on the desired ride.
• Small and medium-sized pets (dogs, cats) are allowed free of charge and medium and large sized animals by paying the kids rate of € 3.00

Reduced price instead of full price on both routes (train or bus) and on the cumulative ticket.
