Torre Abate
Constructed in the 16th Century, this is built on a rectangular plan with five openings.
Originally the flow of water was controlled by a system of wind-powered gates, but later it ceased to be a lock because of the newer Porto Viro cut, and was used for defence and customs. The building is now once again surrounded by water and wetland vegetation thanks to environmental adjustment works.

From Mesola, cross the state road "Romea" and follow the street that runs along the Canal Bianco towards Santa Giustina for 3 km.
