Capuchin portico
This striking Capuchin portico features 142 arches, and connects the Sanctuary of S. Maria in Aula Regia, at the western edge of the city, to the city center. It was commissioned by Cardinal Stefano Donghi in the mid XVIIth century and has been remodelled several times since then.
