The Festival takes place near the Giovannina Castle, at Cento.
Festival with gastronomic stands. Three oxes will be cooked and transformed into the most delicious beef recipes from our ferrarese tradition.
First courses:
Maccheroni del Bovaro - Tortellini with cream - Crepes with ham
Second courses:
Grilled Fiorentina – Grilled Fillet – Many beef recipes

Fried potatoes – Carrots – Onions
