First courses: Cappellacci with pumpkin in a meat sauce - Cappellacci with pumpkin in a butter and sage sauce – first courses of the Ferrarese tradition
Second courses: Grilled meat - Salamina with mashed potatoes – donkey with Florentine mush - Pork meat Salsiccia
