1 - Q: WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE CARD?

A: You can get it at the ticket office of the following museums:

●      Castello Estense;

●      Cathedral Museum;

●      Palazzo Schifanoia;

Or online at www.myfecard.it

2 - Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

A: There are 3 options for the card, each with different numbers of days and at different costs:

- 2-day card: €20;

- 3-day card: €22;

- 6-day card: €25

3 – Q: WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

A: Your Card entitles you to numerous advantages:

●      Free entrance to the following museums: Castello Estense; Museo Schifanoia and Lapidario Civico; Museo Archeologico Nazionale; Pinacoteca Nazionale; Palazzina Marfisa d’Este; Museo della Cattedrale; Museo di Casa Romei; Pavilion of Contemporary Art (open for temporary exhibitions).

●      Hotel tax exemption for stays booked with the card (2-day card: 1 night; 3-day card: 2 nights; 6-day card: up to 5 nights).

●      Editor’s note: Payment of the hotel tax is anticipated up to the fifth night; from the sixth night on, the hotel tax is covered.

●      Discounts for the temporary exhibits at Palazzo dei Diamanti;

●      Discounts for concerts at the Ferrara Jazz Club;

●      Discounts for Ferrara Musica concerts;

●      Reduced prices at hotels and accommodations, restaurants and shops that are part of the MyFE network;

●      10% discount on the Bus & Fly Ferrara shuttle service – to Bologna’s G. Marconi Airport; Editor’s note: NO TAXI.

●      Special offers for events and performances in the city (check the website);

4 – Q: HOW DO I USE IT?

A: The MyFe Card is personal and non-transferable: when you buy it, you fill in your first and last name and the start date; 
MyFe allows you free entry for one visit to all the museums in the network;
You must show the card to receive these advantages.

5 – Q: DOES THE CARD MAKE SENSE FOR THOSE UNDER THE AGE OF 18?

There are already many advantages for those under 18 with regard to entrance to the museums and exemption from the hotel tax; therefore, when purchasing, it is advisable to do an assessment of your own needs by consulting the website at www.myfecard.it

6 – Q: IF THE CARD IS PURCHASED ONLINE, DOES IT HAVE TO BE PAID FOR AT THAT TIME?

A: Yes, the pdf files of the card and the receipt for payment are sent by e-mail to the user when payment has been made.

7 – Q: IS THE CARD PURCHASED ONLINE THE SAME AS THE CARD PURCHASED AT TICKET OFFICES?

A: Yes, the card purchased online is identical to the card purchased from ticket offices; the user’s full name and the start date for the card’s validity are on the card based on the information provided by the purchaser.

8 – Q: IF THE CARD IS PURCHASED ONLINE AND A MISTAKE IS MADE WITH REGARD TO THE DATES, IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE IT CORRECTED?

A: You will have to send an e-mail to myfecard@comune.fe.it stating the code number of the transaction. 
You will receive a reply from the operator as soon as possible with cancellation of the transaction. You will then be able to complete a new transaction with the correct dates.
Crediting of the amount of the transaction for the wrong dates will depend on your bank (by way of example only, this usually takes about 10 working days)

9 – Q: CAN I SKIP THE LINE WITH THE MyFE CARD?

A: With the MyFe Card it is not possible to skip the line.

10 – Q: DOES THE MyFE CARD ENTITLE ME TO DISCOUNTS FOR ENTRY TO TEMPORARY EXHIBITS IN PALAZZO DEI DIAMANTI AND OTHER MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS?

A: MyFe Card holders get a reduced price for entry to the temporary exhibits at Palazzo dei Diamanti and the other museums and monuments. It is a good idea to check the website of the exhibit you are interested in seeing.

11 – Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY MyFE CARD?

If the card is lost but not the cumulative ticket you will still be able to get into the museums. However, it will no longer be possible to take advantage of further discounts because you need to show the card to get them.
In the event that you lose the cumulative ticket, but not the card, our ticket office program does not allow reprinting of the ticket. So, it will not be possible to get into the museums in the MyFE network.

If you lose the card and the cumulative ticket, you’ll have to buy a new one. No refunds are made.

12 – HOW DO I USE THE DISCOUNT ON THE BUS&FLY SHUTTLE SERVICE?

Once you’re on the Bus&Fly shuttle, all you have to do is show your card (or the pdf if it was purchased online).
