From Wednesday 20 to Saturday 23 March 2013, the fair complex of Ferrara will host the XX Restauro – Exhibition on the art of Restoration and Conservation of the Cultural and Environmental Heritage, Italy’s first and only exhibition entirely focussed on the restoration, conservation and protection of the historical, artistic, architectural and natural heritage.
Four days full of events and discussions, in a fair that is a perfect combination of business opportunities and a hefty schedule of conferences, promoted and organised by the most famous and respected restoration companies or institutes, tackling the most relevant, urgent issues, showcasing new technology and processes, kick-starting reflections and debates on the latest developments and scenarios, discussing the results and progress of the most important and interesting restoration projects.
The exhibitors present a broad overview of materials, technologies, methods and intervention techniques in the field of restoration in its broadest sense: from architecture to sculpture, from paintings to wood work, from stone to paper work.
The high level of this fair is witnessed by the fact that it has been chosen by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Events to promote its activity.

By car
A13 motorway - Ferrara Sud exit. Proceed to the city centre and follow the Fiera (Trade Fair) signs
By train and by bus
All railway lines to Ferrara Station. A free direct shuttle service is available from the railway station to the fair and vice-versa every 30 minutes.
