Ferrara Fiere presents the 7th edition of the National Fairs Show, where the best wine and food tradition meets the public. The Fair District fills up with many traditional flavours, for the only Italian event with more than 100 wine-and-food fairs from the Italian regions.
Following the path of Pellegrino Artusi, who improved the regional cuisine tradition with his book "La scienza in cucina e l'arte di mangiar bene" (1891), the National Fairs Show perfectly synthesizes the concepts of taste, connoisseurship and good cuisine.
With only one ticket, visitors will spend the day eating specialities, and experiencing many events, shows and demonstrations, from all over Italy.
