First courses: Slugs Broth - Slugs Tris (Tortelli, Tagliatelle, Penne) - Tortelli della Sagra - Tagliatelle wuth slugs and mushrooms - Penne with Slugs and Gorgonzola cheese – Bigoli with Slugs - Tagliatelle with truffle - Cappellacci with pumpkin (Meat sauce – Sage and butter – Boar sauce) - Tagliatelle with boar sauce
Second courses: Slugs Tris (Casumarese, Fritte, Borgogna) - Casumarese Slugs – Fried Slugs - Borgogna Slugs – Slugs with peas and pork meat – Slugs with truffle and mushrooms - Cotoletta - Fillet with mushrooms – Fillet Tagliata with mushrooms, grana cheese and balsamic vinegar - Salamina with mashed potatoes – Donkey meat
