Pork Roast Festival

Gastronomic stand based on pork roast, a typical local product since the Middle Ages.

Pork roast is well known since the Roman Empire as the favorite dish of Nero. Since the Middle Ages, it has become a part of the cuisine tradition of the Po area.

First courses: Piatto unico della sagra (porchetta) Tris della Sagra - Ravioli alla Porchetta - Maccheroni al Torchio (porchetta e asparagi) - Millefoglie alla porchetta - Tortellini alla panna - Lasagne al forno - Gramignone all’ortolana
Second courses: Porchetta alla corporenese - Porchetta alla diavola - Grigliata mista Salsiccia nostrana alla brace con patate fritte - Arrosto di manzo ai funghi
Side dishes: French fries – roasted potatoes – roasted onions – marrows with oil, parsley and garlic.
