The Frog Festival is a true gem of our gastronomic tradition, with its delicious home-made food, prepared by local people. “Tortellini” and “cappellacci”are truly delicious there.

First courses: Tortellini with frog in a sage and butter sauce - Tortellini with frog in a truffle sauce - Taglioline, rice and garganelli with frog – “Frog Tris”- Cappellacci with pumpkin – Pantacce
